I found a great deal on the Ocean Falmouth website, and ended up travelling from Newcastle to collect the car. From the initial call to enquire about the car, through the process of buying and all the way through to the actual collection, the whole experience was very smooth, simple and hassle free. I dealt with Storm Willis from the first call all the way through to collection, and he pro-actively kept me continually up to date with the progress of our purchase. Storm was great and made the whole experience easy for us. The service on collection day was first class and very accommodating, and we absolutely loved the car, which was presented in immaculate condition as promised by Storm it would be. I would definitely recommend using Ocean.
Fantastic service, and incredibly helpful, especially from Nick who is the motability specialist. We had terrible service from another car dealership, and was messed around. However, when we approached Ocean BMW Falmouth, they couldn't have done more for us. Can highly recommend! Love our new car too.

Ocean BMW have been an absolute disgrace. Purchased a vehicle 12 months ago, multiple faults when it was handed over late including a lack of paint protection which was charged for and subsequently refunded. Car had a service plan and was booked in for a service in March which was subsequently cancelled due to a Covid related closure which was totally understandable, however we booked the car in for a replacement slot in July only to be told that the service wouldn't be covered as the plan expired at the end of June. When the car is used daily by an NHS nurse and it wasn't possible to get the car in, you might have thought the garage would consider this but neither them or BMW customer services could care less. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere, we certainly will be.
Bike dept is first class. Called in to order a new key, only £38 by the way, and have something checked under an old recall on a 10 year old bike. They could not have been more helpful, bike got a complete looking over free of charge, and booked in on a day and time to suit me to do the work for the recall. I should add that my bike escaped the BMW dealer system in 2012 and I maintain it myself, yet I was treated as a valued customer. In person and on the phone they have been very friendly and efficient, 5 stars all the way.
